{Damask Design}

We went to Indiana this weekend and I was able to stop in at Damask Design.  I was so excited to get to be there and purchase some of the goodies Amber had so neatly displayed in her adorable shop.

Wonderful stuff, cute shope, so fun to chat with Amber, Maria, and Laina!(not sure I spelled that right!)  I will have to figure out a way to come back when you are open next:)

What I bought.  Could not pass up the glittered reigndeer:)

This lotion is the best.  Expensive, but the best!  I've had a free sample and the small tubes, so I decided it was time for the big tube!  Love it!

This is my current 'mailbox'.  The basket I bought at Damask Design would also make a neat 'mailbox'.  What do you think?  should I switch?  Or should I paint my current one?  If so, what color??

I just added myself as a follower... I thought I was already following, so I don't know what happened. At any rate, it looks like Amber's sale was great (I'll have to stop over at her blog) and you got lots of fun things!! If you paint the old basket, I say go with white, {duh} :)

Jill, I would not paint that basket. Tie a big bow on it for christmas or put some greenery around it. I love it just like it is. I appreciate your Christ like thoughts of Christmas. We so often get caught up in the funsy stuff and decor of the season we forget about how we came to be and who is the keeper of our lives. Thanks.I read Cosmic Christmas by Max Lucado and it is wonderful. A recommended read if you like to read.

Great idea, Marcella, I think I may just do that! I've come up with another idea for my new basket that will be perfect - once I find a place to hang it!!
