{New Fabrics}
I recently ordered a stack of fabric samples from fabric.com for an upcoming project.
And while I was at it I added a few pieces of fabric to do some creating with.
Anna Maria Horner velveteen.
Very soft. Middle Sister wants a blanket out of this.
I was thinking I'd make me a skirt.
Which would you recommend??
Some ruffled fabric. All three girls want these!
Skirt?
Dress?
What would you make (or have made) out of these?
And since it was on sale I also got this piece of laminated fabric.
They all got added to my stack. Which looks like fun but I have yet to find the energy to get at it.
I think about it and that's the first step right??
Spring is coming...

i just came across your blog and wanted to tell you that i love, love, love the teal fabric with the yellow design. but what do you do with laminated fabric? tablecloth? i've never used it.
love the ruffled fabric--definitely a skirt!
Love the ruffled material~~do you know if it comes in a pale pink? It'd make darling curtains for my girlies' room!
Good taste! But don't ask me what to do with it, your the expert. I was on Shabby Apple's website and saw a couple dresses that would be ideally longer and I thought, "JILL!"
Oh, wow! Love love love the pink and yellow fabric!!! I would make a ruffle-y shirt out of it or something, but then again, I agree, you are the expert! If you can't think of something for it, you can make me a shirt! LOL
i would use the very first fabric the red one, for the top of the dress, then with the ruffled fabric the bottom :)
I like the ruffled fabric too! Curtains are a cute idea, Carolyn! I'm with Amy-if you can't come up with anything, just make me something!
That ruffled fabric is something! I have never seen that laminated fabric before. It's gorgeous!
