Sewing/Computer/Craft/School Room
I don't think I've ever posted pictures of our Computer/Sewing/Craft/School room since we got our new desks and rearranged it all. Notice the stack behind my sewing machine? That was my to-do stack and still looked just like that till this week. Stay tuned for what that stack is turning into! One thing is my giveaway. It's all done, just gotta do a photo shoot and get it posted. It's still August!!!!
Photo wall. I remembered this idea from an old Martha Stewart Living. I painted a couple of frames, bought a few new ones and this is what I came up with. I really like this arrangement. Feel free to do this yourself, you won't regret it:)
Big Sister's desk during school. She just asked me yesterday if the bolts of fabric were always going to be there! Guess I need to find another spot for them. I kinda liked the way they looked there but I think she'd appreciate the room. Hmm, now where will I find to put them? Storage is NOT a strong point in old houses.

Everything looks great. But...I was wondering one thing. Where do you keep your school stuff? Seems like ours is multiplying and it's hard to find an easy, accessible, cute way to store it. Especially all the teacher's manuels......ugh.
What a great space! I can't wait to see your tag design.
Thank you so much for your warm words.
Writing has always been very cathartic for me.
As I had my daughter at age 20 we really grew up together. So many times it was literally "Her and I against the world." But, I know if I am to be a truly good mother I have to let her go. I also know she will come back to me.
Now, if I can just get the dog from out underneath the bed and eating again the world will be alright. :)
Have a blessed weekend.
I really, really like this room... I think I could spend a lot of time in here... all of my favorite stuff cleverly decorated... looking forward to seeing what your stack has turned into! You know it has been two days since you posted, right? Just wondering...
